During my tenure as CMO at leading high-tech corporations like NICE Systems and Click Software, as well as at JVP Venture Capital, I garnered invaluable insights into driving business growth and market success.
Joining me is Alon Laor, a seasoned sales executive renowned for his expertise in promoting technological solutions across diverse global markets. With a rich background spanning both established tech giants and innovative startups, Alon has cultivated a deep understanding of enterprise sales strategies, facilitating successful engagements with Fortune 100 companies and SMBs alike.
Alon has further developed the T.O.P. TM (Technics Of Persuasion) method, empowering customer-facing professionals to enhance their communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills to achieve their objectives effectively.

Whether it’s navigating spin-offs, IPOs, fundraising, market expansions, product launches, or M&A activities, our methodology has consistently delivered results, enabling companies to make a significant impact in their respective domains.
In 2021, we had the privilege of working with a remarkable client in the field of cancer diagnosis. What made this project particularly inspiring was the humility of the management team, who recognized the need for external support despite their prior success. Given our personal experiences with cancer, Alon and I were deeply committed to supporting the company’s international expansion. Our focus primarily centered around conducting benchmark assessments and developing branding strategies. Such projects resonate deeply with us and fuel our passion to continue our journey in business.
Another standout client was Setoo, an Insurtech startup incubated by the European-based Kamet startup studio. We played a pivotal role in laying the groundwork for their strategic marketing initiatives, including branding and digital presence, which contributed to their successful fundraising efforts. Following Setoo’s merger with Pattern Insurance in 2021, creating the world’s leading embedded insurance provider and securing a $25 million investment, we were once again called upon to lead the branding and joint value proposition aspects of the merger. The ongoing collaboration with Setoo underscores the trust and loyalty we’ve earned from our clients, reaffirming our commitment to supporting them through key milestones in their journey.
