What were some of the initial hurdles you encountered?
Like many small but rapidly expanding companies, we faced common challenges. The surge in demand for our ALD solutions across various industries necessitated a diligent hiring process to find the right talent to complement our team. Additionally, as we scaled up our operations, streamlining processes became crucial amid the dynamic business landscape. However, we’ve managed these challenges effectively. Currently, we’re expanding our production facilities and continuing our recruitment efforts.
