Tell us about your company and what motivated you to establish it?
Adeva functions as a global network of remote tech professionals, committed to facilitating work without geographical constraints. With our network spanning over 30 countries worldwide, we ardently advocate for remote work.
Our primary goal at Adeva is to assist companies in rapidly expanding their engineering teams and reducing hiring costs while simultaneously offering sustainable, remote opportunities for tech talent across the globe.
Embarking on our careers as freelance engineers, my partner and I encountered distinct challenges compared to traditional 9-5 employment. The process of sourcing and securing the right projects demanded considerable time, energy, and a unique skill set. This experience highlighted the reality that many individuals are constrained to local opportunities due to the complexity of finding remote work.
This realization was the driving force behind the establishment of Adeva. We aimed to empower individuals like ourselves to embrace the flexibility of remote work without compromising the stability of full-time employment.
What products or services does the company specialize in? How do your offerings distinguish you from others in the market?
Adeva specializes in assisting companies in rapidly and flexibly scaling their teams to meet evolving needs and achieve strategic milestones. We serve as their trusted partner for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier tech talent.

Our team remains relatively compact, consisting of 20 individuals committed to the advancement of Adeva, serving in various capacities across departments such as engineering, marketing, talent acquisition, and client operations.
At present, our leadership team prioritizes enhancing fundamental processes, cultivating a purpose-driven culture, and providing growth opportunities to facilitate our scalability.
I am privileged and honored to embark on this journey alongside the dedicated individuals comprising our team. Each member is deeply aligned with our collective vision, wholeheartedly contributing to fostering an environment where both our employees and community members can flourish and advance professionally.
Can you provide a brief overview of your professional background?
My journey began in 2012 as a freelance software engineer, alongside a colleague who is now my partner at Adeva. Freelancing offered us access to diverse opportunities in a tech scene that was still developing in our country. Over time, our workload grew beyond what two individuals could manage, leading to the organic growth and eventual founding of Adeva.
In my roles as both an engineer and CEO at Adeva, I’ve collaborated with a range of companies, spanning from startups to established enterprises. My focus has primarily centered on developing scalable software solutions and establishing and guiding engineering teams.
Beyond my work at Adeva, I am deeply passionate about advocating for remote work and fostering inclusivity. I find fulfillment in volunteering for organizations that align with my values, as well as in mentoring and giving back to the community.
What are the significant milestones in your business journey?
Our first milestone was venturing into international markets shortly after founding Adeva, thereby extending our community’s reach to individuals worldwide. Subsequently, we achieved recognition as a talent partner to several prominent Fortune 500 organizations, aiding them in fostering innovation through flexible scalability.
Another noteworthy accomplishment is being acknowledged as the most inclusive tech company by Women in Tech, underscoring our commitment to inclusivity and equal opportunities.
Can you share a standout client experience?
Primarily, our clientele comprises funded startups and enterprises. In both cases, these are companies seeking rapid and adaptable scaling—whether to attain ambitious goals or initiate new projects without overburdening their existing teams.
While I cannot divulge details of our enterprise clients, I take pride in our collaborations with startups like Imgur and Hopin.
